Dynamic Blocks

Ques... i have inserted a block i created with a particular insertion point - have to edit this block by lengthing it. (have done this-dynamic block editor) but i also want to change the insertion point of this block! - how am i to change the insertion point? - i have tried using the "point parameter" and "move". Mad which isnt workin! - is changing this insertion point possible?
Our only limitations are those we set up in our own minds...

First you have to add the insertion points but don't forget to link a simple action to one of them like the move action.When you are inserting the block prss CTRL to change to the different insertion points
