2009-grouping & quick leader ques.

Im a user of 2007 - slowly switching over to 2009 - itz quite nice- with a few exceptions thus far! -
1- Grouping? - prob is tha in 2007 after selecting more than one object/line when i right click into the shortcut menu there is an option to "group" or "ungroup" - im a big fan of this-it helps me alot. - Now in 2009 im not getting this option after selecting more than one object/line when i right click into the shortcut menu! -i'v tried typing in the word 'group' or 'g' and some box comes up-to fill out some description!-which isnt what i want!
2- Quick Leader! - like in 2007 the "quick leader" dimension is on the dim palette - i can't seem to find it in 2009 - i know it must be some where - but i aint seeing it!

well first of you can check in the option dialog box under shortcut menu and see there.But i am sure they haven't remove the command maybe they just remove it from the rick click menu(if they move it at all)

still not gettin through with the 'grouping' 
and thankz - got the quick leader - but they should have it on the tools palette with the others at the side of the screen! - any time i want it i does have to go into dimensions and get it - normally(well in 2007) itz on the outside!

i think you can change your workspace to classic might help
but will do more research when i get some time

Actually, you can go into the 'customize toolbar' option, search for the quick leader command and just drag and drop it in the toolbar that you were accustom using. No problems after that. Or you can type in the shortcut command for quick leader which is 'le'
